F-1 AUTO PURCHASE PROCESS

F-1 AUTO WHOLESALE CONNECTION BREAKDOWN OF PURCHASE PROCESS AND RATE OF SERVICE CHARGE: Purchasing a vehicle through our service is simple and convenient. By utilizing our service you save yourself precious time and money. We allow you utilize the world s largest wholesale inventory database saving you the hassle of running around from dealer to dealer or wasting precious time searching through, for sale adds on the numerous classified and retail websites. You save money buying directly from the wholesale source and only paying a small percentage rather than 25%- 35% retail mark up!

There are generally 2 ways of purchasing a vehicle.

Cash

If you are paying for your vehicle in full in the form of cash, money order or cashier’s check (we do not accept personal or business checks as forms of payment ) without the assistance of a Bank, Credit union, or financial institution then it is considered a cash purchase.

Finance

If your purchase is contingent upon a loan approval from a Bank, Credit Union, or other Financial institution in which that institution needs to receive a lien receipt naming that bank or institution as the 1st lien holder on the vehicle title, then your purchase is considered a finance.

The difference between the two is with a cash purchase the vehicle is being purchased with your money, and with the finance purchase the vehicle is being purchased with our money and we are then reimbursed by your bank or financial institution with whom you have entered in an agreement with to payback over the term of a loan !!! Which is why all Cash Purchases receive a 3.5% discount off of the service charge !!!!!!

Once you have selected a vehicle from the vehicle listings you then schedule an inventory tour.(Vehicles located further than 100mile radius from our Orlando location are not subject to an inventory tour. A vehicle (CR) condition report may be ordered as replacement of an inventory tour ) Before your tour begins you will pay the Retainer of $499. This begins the process of us providing you with the service. The $499 retainer is non refundable, it may be included in your deposit or down payment and will be deducted from the Service charge which ranges any where from 6 -10% of the wholesale price.

CASH PURCHASE Select a vehicle and place at least a 25% deposit of the value of the vehicle of your choice. No vehicle will be purchased without first securing a deposit. Once the vehicle is purchased on your behalf you must then pay the balance of the vehicle total purchase price. When you have paid for your vehicle in full, it will then be delivered to you! (If for any reason a vehicle is not purchased on your behalf, your deposit is refundable).

FINANCE PURCHASE
Once you have selected a vehicle, a purchase order will be sent to your Bank or financial institution. When they approve your purchase you must then sign all your loan agreement documents. When your loan agreement is completed your vehicle will be purchased and delivered ! (any down payments due must be paid in full before taking delivery )

TRADE IN PURCHASE This type of purchase is also considered, either cash or finance. The trade allowance is deducted from the purchase price of the new vehicle. If there is a balanced owed on the vehicle the trade amount is subtracted from that amount and the difference is then added on to the price of the new vehicle !.
